Shipping policy

We currently ship worldwide from the UK. We charge for shipping on all orders and the costs per region are as follows:

UK - £5

EU - £20

US- £30

Asia and Rest of the world - £40

All orders shipped outside the UK do not include taxes and duties paid online, and these may be charged upon delivery by the courier and local customs offices. These taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded by Hyperzoom in case of returns.

All orders are dispatched using tracked and signed shipping. Please be aware that a signature is required upon delivery. If you prefer the parcel to be delivered without a signature, the responsibility will rest with you, and Hyperzoom will not be able to process claims for damaged or missing items.

Please note the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and sending back the goods to the Hyperzoom warehouse in the UK. Should you wish to return your order, you must contact us at Info@HyperZoom.com to confirm your return. Orders returned without letting us know first may not be accepted.

For returns of international orders shipped outside the UK, returns may incur taxes and duties, which would be deducted from your refund.
